As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Protos Networks, you will be crucial in driving our growth by identifying and generating qualified leads for all our services. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients and will be responsible for creating a positive and professional first impression.
Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients who may benefit from our services.
Outreach: Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach to engage potential clients and introduce them to our services.
Qualification: Qualify leads by understanding their cybersecurity needs, budget, and decision-making process.
Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments and meetings with qualified prospects for the sales team to discuss our services in detail.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with leads and clients in our CRM system.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach efforts with current campaigns and strategies.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, appointment setting, and overall performance metrics.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and the latest developments in cybersecurity to communicate the value of our services effectively.

Skills & Experience
Requirements:
– Proven experience in a sales development or similar role, preferably in the cybersecurity or IT sector.
– Experience in cold outreach via outbound calling is a must.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong ability to build rapport with potential clients and understand their needs.
– Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
– Highly motivated, self-driven, and goal-oriented.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts and services is a plus.
